If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our returns and exchange policy is designed with the same care and attention to detail as our fashion collections.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel or swimwear unless the items are faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our UK-based customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, please ship your return to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty items or our error.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item details
We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we will refund the difference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product:

- Include photos of the issue or incorrect item
- We will arrange a free return label and expedite your replacement or refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Intimate apparel
- Swimwear
- Items without original tags
- Personalized or altered items
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
